Preparing the intervention: what we ask before we come

Photos, access, sorting instructions: a short list so the day goes smoothly.

A well-prepared intervention is faster, safer and less costly. Here is what we ask before we come.

For the quote

  • a few photos of each room concerned, taken from the doorway;
  • the address, the floor and whether there is a lift;
  • an idea of the volume and what needs to be removed;
  • what you expect: clearance only, cleaning, disinfection, restoration.

Send them by WhatsApp or through the form. We come back to you with a written quote.

For the day of the intervention

  • access to the home: keys, code, someone present;
  • access to parking for our vehicle;
  • water and electricity, switched on if possible;
  • the list of what must be kept or set aside;
  • the name of the person to call with questions.

If the person who lives there is present

Let them know we are coming and what will happen. We explain each step to them and respect their pace within the agreed schedule.

Afterwards

At the end, we walk through the home with you or with the person you have designated. The items set aside are returned to you under seal.
