This page says what the software behind this website does. It is short because the website collects very little.

The contact form

The form asks for a name, an email address and a message, and optionally a phone number and an organisation. The page you wrote from is also recorded, so that we know which language you used. Nothing more is collected, and nothing is asked for that is not needed to answer you.

A request is stored on a server in Germany and sent by email to GB Solutions SA, which trades as Cleaneos. Your address is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is not shared with anyone, and no third-party service sees it: the form is handled by software we run ourselves. Photos you attach are checked on our server, which removes any location, date or camera information before they are stored. With JavaScript on they are also resized in your browser first. They are stored with your request and sent to us by email. If you send them on WhatsApp instead, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that exchange.

What else is stored

The network part of your IP address. The last part is dropped before it is written down, so it identifies a network rather than a device. It is used only to limit how many requests one sender can submit in an hour.

How long

Requests, with their photos, are deleted automatically after 365 days.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and carries no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this site. If you pick a language, your choice is remembered in your own browser only, and is never sent to us.

Your rights
