Social services, health insurers, administrations: preparing a request

Social services are often the first to notice that a home has become dangerous. When a cleaning intervention is decided, a well-prepared request saves everyone time.

Useful information

• the address and type of home, the floor, access (lift, parking);
• a few photos of the rooms concerned;
• the level of clutter and any pests or animals present;
• what must be kept: papers, objects, furniture;
• whether the person will be present during the intervention;
• the contact on site and the case officer;
• time constraints: discharge from hospital, end of lease, a service's visit.

What you receive

A clear written quote, with a scope of work for each room. The quote and invoice are issued by GB Solutions SA, of which Cleaneos is the trade name. On request, we provide before-and-after photos for the file.

During the intervention

A single contact remains reachable. If we discover something unexpected, such as a suspect material or important documents, we let you know before deciding.

Respect for the person

We work discreetly, without comment on the situation and without any visible sign for the neighbours. The information in the file remains confidential.
